Ordering, shipping and pickup
Have you decided which STI test to order? We'll need some information from you, such as your name, address, email and phone number (if you use Riverty). When ordering, you can tell us where you want us to deliver your test: to your home, somewhere else, or to a PostNL or DHL pickup point.
At Soapoli-online you can pay in different ways. Your options include iDEAL, Riverty or PayPal. You'll find all our payment methods here. However you pay: the name of Soapoli-online never appears on your bank statement or account statement. So no one else can see that you've ordered something from us. Immediately after receiving your payment, we process your order. Our distribution center in Houten ensures that you'll receive your order the next working day*.

After placing your order, you'll receive two emails from us:
- An order confirmation.
- An email with a track & trace code to track your order.
Shipping within the Netherlands
The product prices in our web shop do not include shipping costs. You will always receive a track & trace code to track the delivery of your order. You can choose from a few delivery options:- Standard shipping by DHL letter mail. The shipping costs within the Netherlands for this are 0.00 euro.
- Did you order more than three tests? Then the order will be delivered as parcel post and shipping costs are 3.50 euros.
- If you order on a working day before 22:45 your order will be shipped immediately. You will receive an email with a track & trace code and often your order will be delivered the next day! Unfortunately, DHL and PostNL do not guarantee the delivery time. It is possible that your order will be delivered later than expected.
- If you're not at home or the order does not fit through the mailbox, for example, then the letter carrier will try again. These days you no longer get a note, but they send an email so you can pick up your order at a collection point nearby. You can also see this in your track & trace information.
- You can choose to have an order delivered to a DHL or PostNL collection point instead of your home. You'll get an email with the track & trace code for your order. The cost is 3.50 euros. Note: if the package is not picked up within 1 week it will be sent back.
- We also offer Same Day Delivery. This means you'll get your order on the same day. Please note this only applies to orders placed on weekdays before 10:30 am. The shipping costs for this are 8.50 euros. Same Day Delivery may not be available in your area. If it's not available, you won't see this option during checkout.
