Ordering, shipping and pickup

Have you decided which STD test to order? Then we need some information from you such as your name, address, e-mail and phone number (if you use Riverty). When ordering you indicate where you want to receive the test: at home, somewhere else or at a PostNL or DHL pickup point.

At Soapoli-online you can pay in different ways. You can choose for example iDEAL, Riverty or PayPal. Through this link you will find all ourpayment methods. However you pay: the account statement or statement never shows the name of Soapoli-online. Others will not see that you have ordered something from us. Immediately after your payment is received, we process your order. Our distribution center in Houten ensures that you will receive your order the next working day*.

After your order
After completing your order, you will receive two emails from us:

1. An order confirmation.
2. An email with a track & trace code to track your order.

We respect your privacy and handle your data with care. Therefore, we never share anything with third parties without your permission. In ourprivacy regulations read more about this.

Shipping within the Netherlands

The product prices in our webshop do not include shipping costs. You will always receive a track & trace code with which you can follow the delivery of your order. For the delivery of your order you can choose from a few options:

• An order is sent as standard shipping by DHL letter mail. The shipping costs within the Netherlands for this are 0.00 euro.
• Do you order more than three tests? Then the order will be delivered as parcel post and shipping costs are 3.50 euros.
• If you order on a business day before 22:45 your order will be shipped immediately. You will receive an email with track & trace code and often your order will be delivered the next day! Unfortunately, DHL or PostNL do not guarantee the delivery time. It may happen that your order is delivered later.
• Are you not at home or does the order not fit through the mailbox, for example? Then the letter carrier will come back again. Nowadays you no longer get a bill but they send an email so you can pick up your order at a collection point nearby. You can also see this in your track & trace.
• You can choose to have an order delivered not to your home but to a collection point of DHL or PostNL. You will receive an email with the track & trace code of your order. The cost is 3.50 euros. Note: if the package is not picked up within 1 week they will send it back.
• We also offer Sameday Delivery. This allows you to have your order delivered the same day. Please note that this only applies to orders placed on weekdays before 10:30 am. The shipping costs for this are 8.50 euros. Sameday Delivery may not be available in your area. If that is the case, you will not see this option in the ordering process.

Shipping to a DHL or PostNL pickup location.

To have an order delivered to one of the pickup points of DHL or PostNL, we ask a contribution of 3.50 euros. You will receive a track and trace code when PostNL receives your package. Please note that the package must be picked up at the collection point within 1 week otherwise they will return the package to us.

Shipping your STI test to Belgium

The product prices in our webshop do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs for a parcel shipment from PostNL to Belgium are 9,80 euros. If you order on working days before 21:45 your order will be shipped immediately and often you will receive it the next day! You will always receive an email with track & trace code with which you can follow the delivery of your order. Unfortunately DHL / PostNL does not guarantee the delivery time. It may happen that your order is delivered later.

Pick up your STI test directly from a point of sale

There are several outlets in the Netherlands where you can pick up the STI test from Soapoli-online. Pickup is anonymous, can be done without an appointment and you can pay cash or with pin. Do you want to use this service, here you can find all theoutlets.

Sending your sample back to the laboratory

All samples taken can be returned to the lab for FREE. For our Belgian and German customers, we have special envelopes with a PO Box address in their country. You will find this envelope in your test kit.
