The results arrive in the results portal Monday to Sunday between 9 am and 11 pm.View your results within 2 working days through the results portal
After taking your test, sign in to the results portal using your unique login code. When registering your login code, you'll have the option to leave your email address. As soon as a message or result is ready for you in the results portal, you'll get a notification in your inbox. Use your QR code to review your results. If you can't log in, please contact customer services.
What if my results show I have an STI?
If the laboratory analysis shows that you have an STI, you will get detailed information about the next steps. You can download your results and take them with you to your doctor for treatment. If you can't go to your doctor for any reason, Soapoli-online can often prescribe you STI treatment. You can request medication from the results portal.
Can I send my results to my primary care doctor?
Would you like to share the results with your doctor? You can indicate this in the results portal. We will send your results via secure email to your doctor.Soapoli-online is here for you
