Soapoli-online works exclusively with laboratory tests.
All STI tests from Soapoli-online are conducted in the ISO (15189) certified laboratory of the STEIN & Colleagues Medical Laboratories in Maastricht. In this laboratory, samples are analyzed in the same way as tests requested by general practitioners and GGD STI clinics.Laboratory research is performed under the supervision of microbiologists or clinical chemists. And your results are authorized by a medical microbiologist.
Highest achievable reliability
In general, a test result is never 100% reliable, but it offers at least 99.3% reliability. The reliability of your STI test result is highest if you follow the collection instructions carefully and do not test before the indicated window period. The window period is the time between the moment of infection (the unsafe sexual contact) and being able to detect any infection with a laboratory test.Sensitivity and specificity
