Perhaps you have a personal STI question or situation about which you are concerned and would like to discuss it with an STI expert. If so, Soapoli-online offers a unique online service: The STI E-consult.FREE E-consultation for you as a client
At Soapoli-online, we realize the importance of being able to ask your questions.
If you are already a customer with us, you can use whatsapp or the mail to ask your question to the nurse.
If you have a medical question but do not need to buy a test (yet) you can also get a paid E-consult. The 5 (with runout to 10) minutes E-consult is designed to discuss your concerns or your questions. You can schedule the consultation by pressing 'book your E-consult here'. You can choose whether you want the consultation by phone or via whatsapp chat. The cost for an STI E-consult is 20 euros if you do not have an order number or test code. After scheduling your appointment, we will send you an invoice.

What to expect from an E-consultation:

Who are you having the conversation with?
An interview takes place with a highly experienced and knowledgeable STI nurse. All Soapoli online nurses are trained and have excellent communication interview skills.Discretion and anonymity, the data shared during the E-consultation is treated as confidential.
What can't be done in an E-consultation:
- There may no symptoms, complaints are assessed through imaging.
- With complaints and symptoms, we will give you always advise visiting your own family doctor.
- No diagnosis can be made.
- No rights can be derived from the advice given.
