STEP 1: Do I have an STD?

STEP 2: Order your STI test kit

If you ordered your home STI test before 10.45pm,  you will receive youranonymous anddiscreetly packaged test kitthe next working day. All test kits come with clear instructions so you can take your STD self test independently and with the right guidance. So follow the steps carefully to make sure you have a usable test sample. STEP 3: Results in your personal portal

When you have taken your test, you then send it to ourISO-certifiedlaboratoryfree of charge. Within48 hours of your test being received at the lab you will be able to access your STI test results in Soapoli-online's resultsportal. 

There are two ways to receive your results. We supply a code with your test kit when it is sent to you. If you would like us to notify you when  your result is ready you can register your test code in our results portal with your email address and we will email you when you can view your results.

If you prefer not to leave your email address, that's no problem. You can use your test code 2-3 days after you have returned your kit to login and check for your results.

STEP 4: Positive test result? Order your medication directly via our customer portal

If you have a positive test result it's easy to access treatment and our STD nurses can support you. We offer a  one-stop shop, so when you have a positive result you can order medication directly in our customer portal. All you need to do is fill in a questionnaire so we can process your prescription. Once complete, we forward this to our external online pharmacy partner. The pharmacy will then send the medication directly to the  location of your choice.
